Nice job OP. The red paint on the LCI of my shield is peeling/flaking off on its own...and it probably has less than 200 rounds through it. It should be black on its own very soon- nice to see what it will look like haha.

I suspect you are referring to this: http://smith-wessonforum.com/conceal...liability.html.
That "latest" post is the same stuff he's been selling for two decades and is based on the single case in Miami against Alvarez, a cop who was being rail-roaded by the prosecution (Janet Reno) to quell potential violence after a shooting.
What he doesn't tell you is that Alvarez took place in 1982. He also doesn't tell you that Alvarez was the "fall guy" for the politicians who were concerned about potential racial violence in Miami and that the prosecution corrupted the process. But since he brings up Black as the defender, you can read the particulars in the first chapter of Roy Black's book at http://www.royblack.com/files/Alvarez.pdf.
It's a long read, but clearly paints the prosecution as an anomaly, and not a trend in jurisprudence. Can it happen? Sure. Does it happen regularly? Well, in the past 25 years, Ayoob's network has apparently not been able to surface another instance, as he still falls back on this case.Comment
