If you're talking about the CCW number, it's a hit or miss when they will pick up. I've called them sometimes with 3 rings, and no pickup. And other times they pick up on the first ring

It seems like they process in batches. Hopefully that means the rest of us will be notified for pick up sometime around Tues, like you

What time and number did you call? I never have luck getting a hold of anyone on the line

As of this afternoon (10/26 at 1539), it seems LEPS (Los Gatos) opened up a huge swath of exam dates in November (every Fri and Mon at 0800, it looks) with what appears to be 20 spots each. That would imply up to 160 more people will get LEPS exams this month, minus the inevitable no-shows and other people who F up their own process.

I have no clue why it seems like they only seem to advance the ball on this stuff in fits and starts at the end-of-day on Fridays. I'm sure it's not by accident.

Willful incompetence moves forward an inch at a time.

PS the mass email they sent to me had 15 other people listed in the open (not even BCC'ed) and had very loud warnings that sharing the scheduling links with anyone else would disqualify you in the CCW process. The text indicated they claim there are 500+ applicants in the queue at this time, which may or may not be true.

Did training last week? Once I got my cert I just called the number of the ccw line and spoke to a nice lady who helped me set up pick up for Tuesday. After I submitted to permitium. Made payment five minutes after phone call.

Did training last week? Once I got my cert I just called the number of the ccw line and spoke to a nice lady who helped me set up pick up for Tuesday. After I submitted to permitium. Made payment five minutes after phone call.

10/23: 2:38pm Finally got ahold of someone through their office number, miss over the phone was fairly rude and curt, even after explaining to call the office regarding my CCW pickup date. Was given the response, ?we will contact you about setting up an appointment?.
Not sure what to do after this. Seems like they did not want to pursue further with my issue despite explaining the response email.

Any movement on pickup?
