The online firm shows a maximum of 6 guns instead of 3? And it looks like we can modify an existing permit to add guns? Did I read that correctly?

I just confirmed with them. You can still only change firearms at renewal and you are still limited to 3 firearms. They will be correcting the site.

Anyone hear San Bernardino Sheriff?s office stance on SB2 & enforcement? I saw Tulare County Sheriff put out a statement saying they will not enforce SB2, and are still actively advocating CCW holders to exercise their rights. Curious if anyone has seen anything out of SBDO.

Just used their online renewal form. Upload all your docs and can pay with a CC which is nice. It's gives a choice of dates to pick for the class. They're isn't anything after submitting about what the appointment is for so I emailed. It is at Institution Rd, check in at the CCW office, bring your guns and ammo, but leave them in the car. Class is 8hrs per the new law. Not sure if there is another fee once there.

Also the app printout after completing is messed up a bit..stuff doesn't fit on lines, no place for references. It also asks for all previous addresses, but on printout says addresses in the past 5 years, so now I have my old address from over 10 years ago on there that isn't required. Hopefully doesn't affect anything.

The CA DOJ Standard Initial and Renewal Application for License to Carry a Weapon Capable of Being Concealed (BOF 4012, Rev 01/2024) has space for nine firearms.

Would be nice to have more than 3 for sure.

That is a standard form from Permitium.
It will only allow 3 firearms from what I was told.

I started the process in march 23 I don?t recall the exact date and had prints and pictures done on 7/15/23 after the hack, I emailed about it and got scolded about the 9 month possible timeline. I have still heard squat as of today.. ironically I know probably 6 people who live in rivco and have gone through the entire process in 2 months.. is it really doj? This is ridiculous..

Riverside wasn't hacked.
Riverside didn't lose all of their CCW info in a hack.
Riverside didn't' fall months behind in renewals because of a hack.
Riverside didn't fall months behind in new applications because of a hack.
