Same here, no date just a call back a few months after I called them..Here's a question, I've been reading other people's experiences and mine seems a little strange. I went in June or July ( can't remember exactly which) and picked up my application. I called shortly after for my appointment. Instead of giving me a date, they took my name and number and told me they'd call me around December and would then be given an appointment around march. Does this sound like what happened to any of you? Additionally, I am a new resident (I was given my app because I would have my 1 year by the time of the appointment). I live in a sheriff contracted city. The web site and my local sub station both say that I am not subject to the 1 year requirement. The central office said I was. I'm not too concerned as they let me get my app, but I was just curious what you all thought.

So they did call you. That's good to hear. Any word on how the new sheriff is going to be with issuing?Comment

The did call, and I went thru the long process and now I carry every day everywhere I go. It took a little over 8 months from start to finish but was well worth the wait. Hang in there... The new sheriff should have the same view on LTC as Hoops does, so I've heard..Comment
