Your cashier checks and letters of reference, plus the application. Also bring any pictures that may help verify good cause; i.e., camping, hiking, etc.

Received a request to submit secondary proof. Submitted it online through the new online portal.

Your cashier checks and letters of reference, plus the application. Also bring any pictures that may help verify good cause; i.e., camping, hiking, etc.

I had submitted the Letters of Rec online (3 letters with signatures and contact info). I figure since everything is online, the cashier check is not needed? I've contact their CCW office to see what else to bring for the appointment. Initial instructions on the email confirmation is to bring the application packet.

Make sure the utitlity bills are different, I made the mistake of just doing two months in a row of my utilities, I had to get a gas bill and email it in after.

That's a bummer. It sounds like they've slowed down a bit. Maybe because of the move?

Wondering the same thing being transition into the facility and rolling out their online program. I had originally all paperwork ready to submit and had called to setup appointment. I was advised to standby until April 1st.
So my timeline so far...
3/25 - Called & emailed to request appointment
3/28 - Received call to advise online submission starting 4/1
4/1 - Check online program...still not functioning properly (actually thought it was an April Fool's joke). Called and left VM
4/2 - Received callback to try again on 4/8
4/12 - Successfully submitted online app and documents
4/15 - Received online confirmation and interview (review) date set for 5/10
