Something - not sure exactly what, but SOMETHING went wrong and I had to redo my LiveScan

When doing a livescan, there is a glitch in the software that auto-populates the last person's birthdate in your file. I have had several livescans in the last two years (CCW and others) and EVERY time I tell them "that is not my birthdate" when then have me verify the info after they type it in. That is likely what happened in your case.

Chad is the ex-husband of a very close friend and I spent a lot of time with him one evening at her house, just as he was starting his campaign. I was very impressed with him. He seems to be a very upright guy with a sincere desire to make the Riverside County Sheriff's Department as good as is possible. Also, he has a strong committment to the Second Amendment and is pro concealed carry.

I confess that I do not know him well, but I know her and her current husband extremely well and they are truly as good as they come. If they continue to have a great relationship with Chad after the divorce, I think that speaks really well for him.

I like him and I think everyone on this thread is going to, as well. I think we all won yesterday, even if someone has no interest in CCW.

It was a private range in desert hot springs or palm desert. I don't remember which desert it was. It went fast. Class started at 8:00 or 9:00 and I was home by 2:00.
