Questions for renewal apps,

Do you create a new password and account, or use your old one?

Do they still ask about past record stuff that you already covered in your initial application? Is the online application for renewals abbreviated, or identical to the initial application?

Every application, amendment or renewal has its own account and password with the account being the unique application #.

You can use same or new password, its for a new account each time you apply.

The renewal application is the same, doesn't take long if you already know what is asked from the initial application.

Thanks for the response. I applied last week. It does look like the renewal app is shorter, but that could just be my dementia setting in. For example, I didn't see the question about if you've ever been arrested, just one asking about convictions dating back 5 years.

I'm about 90 days from expiry, so wish me luck!

Never got an email but went on to check dates and was able to move up from end of the year to 1st week of Sept.
