Hey all,
Been a little while since I've been on the forum, but I figured I'd add my experience/timelines for you guys.
Original application: 10/2020
Denial: 12/23/20
Callback: 3/24/21 (Out of the blue from blocked number at CCW unit, scheduled interview next day at local station.)
Interview: 3/25/21
Livescan: 3/25/21 (not sure exact day it cleared)
Training green light: 4/27/21
Course Completion: 5/15/21 (certificate submitted same day)
Email to expect phone call: 5/17/21
Picked up: 6/3/21 (missed 2 phone calls while at work, dragged out a few weeks)

Completed and passed firearms training today and emailed off the signed LASD Proficiency form as well as the training completed certificate. Everything’s done on my part. Just waiting for the photo/pickup notification if I don’t get some kind of unexpected last minute denial because of my GC or something.LA County CCW Renewal Progress
