I can't advise you either way because I'm in the legal field. So it's up to you as to what you believe your rights are and how you should respond. Just be respectful as to whatever you say since it's just a job like any other for them. They will respond in kind.

    1. nothing is referenced regarding everything OEM
    2. when you for your class/on site qualification, only SN# is validated

As shared prior, I carry a VPN 9 with an RMR and upgraded NS as well.

My recent qualification, someone else had a red dot on their firearm as well

my personal views, you are fine as is

Per your message, can you please clarify. Modifying can be considered very broad.. eg cutting a slide, sights etc.

Are you asking about a red dot or like? If so, all 3 examples are gtg

They are not issuing as of yet, the one person mentioned here that said they got theirs did their process pre- Bruen so most likely had an employment related "good cause" because that's the only way they would have issued.

I’ll also add, every deputy and IA person I’ve worked with along the process has been polite, helpful, and generally pro-CCW. The decisions from the top might not be the same, but the people working in the system see us as the good guys and are not against us.
