Do you think it's cautious to take the 16hr training as opposed to the 8hr training just in case they change it up??

This is pretty spot-on to my experience during the interview except for two things:

They had already done a background check on me and had a copy of it printed out and asked very specific questions about it. One was a motor vehicle crash I was involved in (that wasn’t my fault) and another incident where I was assaulted in the past.

There was no mention about the rage qualification being an 8-hour day like the author of the applicant in the Reddit post mentioned.

Other than these two things that post is very accurate.

I'm not Vinnie but I have good reason to believe that they have reached out to the first ~200 applicants to schedule an interview.

Oh god, that means that the timeline of late next year to schedule my interview is probably accurate .

Remind me again when your application was submitted and when did you get your interview scheduled? Did they tell you what queue you were in line??
