per the above post, you qualify at the ACSO's range. It's modern, and many departments & agencies leverage it as well. The 4 hour class during qualification will include classroom interactions, firearm validation and firearm qualification

Per the previous post, the order is reversed starting with 2 yards, going to 25.
Also, the targets slightly changed, but all related item's referenced
appears to be correct except the order

Per my understanding, no plans to change the 25 yard qualifying requirements albeit each county may be slightly different

That appears to be the old course of fire that was changed a couple of years ago. The last time I qualified, it starts at the 2 yard line and moves back. But who knows, maybe it has been changed again?

    here ya go:

Not hard if you're a regular shooter, but in my mock qual during ccw training course I was surprised how many folks needed, errrrr, more practice.

applied 6/23 (n=2) average 102 days to interview
applied 6/24 (n=5) average 103 days to interview
applied 6/25 (n=3) average 133 days to interview

Low n-size so who knows... but it would appear to me from this very limited data that 1) ACSO didn't get started on interviews until 80-90 days after the Bruen ruling, and 2) they are processing about 30 interviews per week.
They probably did that on purpose, they should have kept processing swiftly after Bruen as it was clearly and lawfully stated that "Good Cause" was no more.

I had my interview last week. The interviewer also said I could expect the process to be finished some time next year(!) because "The Sheriff is very busy" which is total bs, but the super simple line they give everyone I guess. Lawsuits when?

When I asked for an update, I was told I was #153 on the list and my interview was exactly 4 months after my application which was on June 25th. (10/25 interview date)

I was informed at the interview that I may hear more in about 4 weeks or around 11/25.
