I applied on June 27 and have heard nothing. Have any of you emailed Judea Mulder and received a response from her?

I think the general consensus is to support CRPA. They've sent warning letters. I don't know what their next move is.

They sent pre litigation letters which I am no expert on law or anything related but I think it means that they are going to sue if they do not comply with the requests of the letters.

I've honestly lost hope and am tired of waiting because I know they are purposely stalling out at this point.

Did you get the refund?

Yeah I heard the majority of the first group of people that applied received refunds.

I applied 3 days after the ruling and didn't hear poop from the Sheriff department.

An applicant who applied 4 days after the ruling just had an interview and was told the process will take 6 more months to a year. That's unacceptable.

I forwarded my email and sent in a donation about a week ago. Now's the time to support CRPA if anyone hasn't yet or you're thinking about joining, which you should if you have an application in for a CCW in this county but aren't a CRPA member.
