They'll ask about what kind of safe you have. Also, firearms training is good, it shows you're serious.
In regards to the ACSO app, if you don't fill it out they'll remind you that you need to fill out the app. If you're looking for an interview, I don't imagine you'll get one without an app.
Also, as said before, they want receipts to be faxed to them. They'll say it's fine for older ones that you don't have a receipt for, but they want receipts.
They will ask if you have any long guns as well.
Also, if you turned in the DOJ app first because you were not going to fill out the County app, but then fill out the county app at a later date, expect the DOJ paperwork to be lost and to have to fill it out again. Also, wait till your investigator comes back to the room rather than seeing him eating. He'll be in a better mood most likely. They should have the good cause statement, so no need to fill that out again.
I asked about if the initial finding isn't good enough, if they'll hold in abeyance of a court case. Investigator got an amused look on his face, and asked what I knew about that. I said I took no stand one what was happening, that I was made aware of the ability to apply because of the case, then proceeded to haltingly say what I knew. At that point, he said he didn't know.
