Same. Very slow with a lot of timeouts. Then once in a while a quick connection. I have a pretty fast PC.

It's all on the Calguns end. Your hardware is not at fault.

There's some possibility that in a small number of cases, one's browser settings or cookies might contribute, but until the new version of vBulletin is announced, bet on the problems being server-side.

Calguns runs on vBulletin 3.8.11, came out in 2016, it's old and outdated. Latest vBulletin is v6. CalGuns needs to update the damn forum software.

Hit and miss all day. Does not matter if on a cell phone or home desktop with 1gig download speeds. Time out errors are frustrating.

Random connection issues -
sometimes a click will jump right to the next page, but far from always,
sometimes a click will sit and sit, but eventually go to the selected page,
sometimes a click will sit, and eventually say "this site cannot be reached".

It's definitely server side, seems to have no pattern, but is slowing down browsing efficiency VERY badly. No time pattern either, although some times seem worse than others as though the server or connection is overloaded.

Would be nice to see it fixed...

Still unable to bump my own threads and never received any response from any of the admins. Additionally, my ads are are getting closed and I've had to reopen them.

Exact same for myself , i just need to create a new thread every week.

Old days could bump a 2 week old post , now after failed bumps with errors , they get locked , i assume the staff only sees the original post with no activity as it doesn't show.

But if click on the thread and scroll down , the bump is there.

Hopefully it's fixed soon .

My account has this issue on multiple computers , tablets from various locations .

So, the problem is the old software not being fully compatible with the new servers rather than problems with the new servers?
