Just have to say that EBR is pretty awesome. Just picked up my PPQ M2 from them today. They have been always quick to respond to my numerous emails, which I completely appreciate. They also made my first gun purchase a really pain free experience, also something I appreciate.

First and second time buyer here.

I made my first purchase of a Glock in April, and it was a flawless transaction. EBR is professional, courteous and accommodating. I thought I was done in making this first buy, then saw a SIG listed. I ended up going for that one too as soon as possible after the first "1 in 30" was up. The second time transactions were equally professional. Every single question I asked was answered, and I never once felt rushed in any of the visits, even though I knew they were busy.

The real-time inventory feedback on the website is very helpful, and emails are answered promptly. I know I'll keep checking in frequently to see what else comes up. My drive to EBR is at least an hour each way, but the service is well worth it. Also, at first I was hesitant about having to schedule appointments since the drive times can be unpredictable, but they have been flexible with me, and that is appreciated.

Backordered a Kriss Vector CRB from EBR because I'd already had a good experience purchasing my other "exotic" - a Rossi Circuit Judge - from EBR, and I knew EBR handles the unusual well.

Despite delays from the distributor, the transaction was handled in style. EBR is very responsive, answers questions quickly, and follows through. I got my Kriss shipped up here to my local FFL, and the whole transaction end to end went without a hitch. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and would not hesitate to recommend EBR to anyone.
