I bought a MP15 Sport and a Glock 17 from EBRa couple months ago and couldnt have been happier. Service and communication were great. He didnt have the Glock in stock but was able to find it through a supplier and have it at this place in about a week. I will make sure I purchase all of my guns going forward through them.

There is still the Browning 1919 that he let me fondle in his office that I am still drooling over and trying to contain myself from picking up...but I get weaker every day!

Great to work with. I too am willing to drive quite a distance to work with them. EBR was able to get the Sig I really wanted 5 weeks faster then anyone else south of Sacramento. They work by appointments giving great one on one service. No "take-a-number here" cattle queue. Fantastic communication and great all around customer service. Any other shop will be a let down after my experience at EBR Works so I guess they have all my business from now on

Just picked up my Springfield Armory XDM .40 with a 5.25" barrel from EBR Works. They are the friendliest people you will ever buy a firearm from. They are attentive and answer questions promptly. Emailing questions to purchase the gun as well as scheduling appointments was too easy. They know their stuff and are willing to answer questions and takes time with you throughout the entire purchase, unlike those gun stores where you need to have a number just to talk to someone. Even though it was a 2 hour drive to get to them, I will be purchasing from them again. It was that enjoyable. Thanks for great customer service. Steve

Another Happy Customer

Performed the upper buyback with EBR and couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. Learned a few things while I was there and will def use him for my SSE needs!

If you're on the fence about driving to see them, I drove 2 hours and would willingly do it again.

No pics since I did the standard config...it's going to be a safe queen until all of this out of stock madness settles down.

Dros'd a Rak Ak on saturday and everything went as expected. I mistakenly messed up on the form and they were patient enough to work with me when there was another customer waiting. He could have easily rejected the form and told me he didn't have time to do it again, but his professionalism is unmatched. I drove 2 hours in heavy traffic to get to him because he gets things done on time and really cares about his customers. For this reason I will go to him as my first source when it comes to firearm related purchases. Once again, thank you for being understanding.

Just purchased my first gun. I bought a Glock 21 Gen 4 from EBR Works. EBR made this transaction such a pleasant experience. Very professional and knowledgeable. They kept me informed vial emails and phone calls of the status of my transaction. EBR Works definitely strives for excellent Customer Service. I highly recommend working with EBR Works. Contacted EBR to try and find a stainless Rossi Circuit Judge*. Not only was able to locate and order one for me, I got a great price, and he worked with my local FFL to get the rifle to me.



Great responsiveness, status updates all along the way. A class act that's familiar with the more difficult aspects of our CA environment - EBR makes things happen!

The CJ is a lot of fun to shoot, and fit well with my tastes for the unusual. Got a lot of compliments at the range today, the stainless really shows off well.

Many thanks to EBR Works! I 936.8 miles and 688 miles to get my HK45 but I couldn't had moved one inch if they didn't help make it happen! My only regret: not picking up 2 HK45's!
