Sad to hear this. Ryan and Lee always treated me so great. I wish them luck going forward.

Any shops decent for ammo transfers, PPTs, gun transfers?

Before GFT, it was parallax tactical for me, but even they went down hill.

Honey Badger Firearms is still around. They sell firearms & accessories as well as perform gunsmith services, but don't facilitate firearms transfers in store at the moment because of legal troubles.

Honey Badger pushes their transfers to Gusslers in Santee.

Good guy, home operation with specific hours so check first.

I'm sad too. GFT was my go to shop. They earned my business because of great service and their "no special rules for special people" policy. That is literally putting your money where your mouth is. I returned the favor.

More specifically, is anyone doing free ammo transfers like GFT? If not, who has the best price?

only place i found so far that lists a price for ammo transfer in San Diego is from Gunther Guns in Carlsbad....they note $25/box (https://guntherguns.com/how-to-buy-ammo)....i would imagine that's for 1K rounds?
