Shot skeet with Erik Estrada today!!

Was at BBB this morning shooting a couple of rounds with Coach Ziegler. Erik walked by looking for someone to shoot with. He took a lesson with Coach and he loved it!!! He is actually a very good shooter. He has quick eyes and a good feel for the bird. He just lack some basics but I think if he puts his mind to it, we can make him an All American Skeet Shooter!!!

He also agreed to be my friend Ken's Boyscout spokesman. It turns out he does a lot of charity work already. A very nice guy overall and he isn't too far removed from his charater from Chips.

I wonder how many celebs out there like to shoot, I mean outside of Ted and Chuck of course. Far as I know, Lou Ferrigno rates pretty high up there for celeb shooters.

Tom Selleck. I've seen him once or twice.

I was at LAX Gun Range once, heard a shotgun go off in the lane next to me, heard a VERY familiar voice say something like "Yeah, that's nice...".

Looked over, and it was Tone Loc.

He said hi, even let me put a couple rounds through his shotgun. Nice guy...

I've written up my ongoing adventures as I learn to hunt.

Yes, you CAN fit a case of shotgun shells into a .50cal ammo can.

I think i found an optimal solution for ammo can labeling.

I made this target for the NRA's Marksman pistol test. I think it's a lot better than the paper plate they suggest.

Ever seen the Tom Selleck movie "Quigley Down Under" that was made in 1990?

I've had the opportunity twice to observe Jay Leno from about 10 feet away...(Rock Store - Motorcycle rides on Sunday) and he couldn't be nicer as well...
