Why do you want to shoot girls?

Just kidding, I keep hearing about women having trouble racking the slide of a semi-automatic, if you are like that, look for something with a heavy slide or maybe a 1911 that you can get a reduced power recoil spring for (but you can't shoot hot ammo with a reduced power spring).

    Lighter slides need heavier springs.

I've had girls shoot my handguns that actually have trouble with the lighter designs like Glocks. They haven't liked the snap to them, especially my small Glock 26. If it isn't for concealed carry, a heavier gun may be better since its easier to aim, easier to keep on target while pulling the trigger, and will have reduced felt recoil when fired.

          1. Take girl to range, rent a bunch of guns and see which she prefers.

          2. Take girl to dinner and thank your lucky stars that you found one that wants/likes to shoot.

I took a friend to the range last night and she had the same experience. She was constantly pushing forward with the Glock 17, causing a lot of shots to go low. I let her try the XD9 (slightly heavier slide) and the shots were more centered.

That is one of the nicest and most thoughtful of suggestions

Have fun. Try them all, until you find which one feels good to you. Choosing a handgu is a very personal thing.

I dig the M&P 9. Easy to handle. I have small hands but long fingers. I like that my finger reaches past the trigger guard. I don't shoot a lot so I still get the new shooter flinching but the M&P has a light recoil. It's also a light gun so my arms don't get as tired holding it up during a day of target practice. (I really should work on my delts.) If you really want a two-tone then find the one you want and pick a color of spray paint. Disassemble and make it look the way you want it. I know spray paint sounds kinda ghetto but my hubby did it to one of his Glocks and it actually came out really cool.

Sweet now get some bricks of ammo so you can have some fun when you pick the cz up! Also do not forget to clean and lube it before you fire it for the first time! It will also help you get aquatinted wit it as well. Everything will be a bit tight but once you put 300-500 rounds through it it will loosen up! Post pics when you pick it up!

Ps my fiencee shot my m&p 9mm and now she wants one for herself hahahah
