nobody...sorry!! i did not even read the thread but just saw a girl had made 1 post and there were all kinds of 'bash' and 'ruffled feathers' etc, which i don't even want to bother with since i have never done a front site. Anyway, just wanted glockgirl to see there are 'friendly' girls on calguns and i hope that she makes that post #2.

I was just at Front Sight last weekend for the first time and had a great time. We stayed in my brother's trailer at Terribles Lakeside Casino and RV Park in Pahrump. If that's an option that you have, then I give them two thumbs up. Bathrooms were clean, showers were hot, and the hot tub was great after a long day at the range.

They will have a bathroom at Front Sight with running water and flush toilets in about a month. The restroom is built and fixtures installed. They were just installing the septic tanks under the adjacent range (range 2 or 3).

Plan for all types of weather. We had 2 inches of snow on Sunday morning, then later that afternoon, long sleeves and vest was plenty warm. The following day, short sleeves and a vest was perfect.

Having just returned from the Pahrump Nugget I would not say it is "quite a nice hotel". I would say it is an acceptable hotel.
