                I found out that the new DES system is case sensitive when you put in your ffl number to sign up. if it doesn't work with the ffl in uppercase try entering the letter portion in lowercase. The tech support girl with the doj was not even aware of the ffl being case sensitive. I have 2 ffls and one was put in lowercase and the other was uppercase. Cool thing is that I can use one login to access both of my dros accounts.
