I dont understand....why doesnt the Buds we know just change their name and carry on? Why fight and lose?

That is the name that they are known by and they would lose a lot of money suddenly disappearing as they would have to give up their website. It would also be an admission of what they did.
In many cases, the people think that they can win.

I just received a gun from jet guns and they didn't send copy of their FFL along with their shipment. so jet guns is actually buds ??? where do i find their FFL # now...

Well, I received a firearm from jetguns.com yesterday and the FFL was included and the FFL shows that it is Buds Gun Shop and Security Safe Outlet.
You don't need the FFL, you can use the address that it came from, which should also be listed on the CFLC letter.Kemasa.
