Don't order from which Buds Gun Shop? :-)

In looking at the BATF FFL database, there are currently three "Buds Gun
Shop". There used to be some others, but it seems that their licenses
changed. What is now Jetguns.com was licensed before the website Buds.

I was JUST about to order an item on Monday from Bud's web site; it
happened that what I wanted was out of stock just as I went on line to
order. I opted to be updated when it became available again on their web
site.

In the mean time, ten minutes later, I found the exact item, for $50 less than
Bud's!, in stock with a vendor here on the board. I sent an email to confirm
availability, a few mintes later got a reply. A few mintes after that, he got
my order!

That was Monday, UPS just updated the shipment info today, delivery this
Friday. Dealer said come on down and fondle it while we do your paperwork
Friday.

Glad I didn't order from Buds!

Clearly, if you where about to open an 0nline gunshop you would want to steal the name "Buds Gun Shop"...

I mean it's the best name ever for a firearm store.

I don't know that there has been a judgment against them yet, but I was told that it was in process.

Considering that the FFL database shows the other as having a FFL first and that the distance between the two places is 15 miles (driving), it seems likely that it might not go well for them.

Jet guns is cheaper any ways if Buds go's away. But let's hope they don't, There's room for the both of them. I prefer Jet Guns though.

All will be resolved in due time. Too much $$ to lose for buds online to go away. Bet a name change of some sort is in the works. The infrastructure and sheer size of the operation begs for a viable company here. Tens of thousands of guns a year is a massive undertaking in anyone's book.
