I would strongly suggest not trying that as a private individual.

As a corporation it isn't a horrible idea... but you need a clearly defined objective and you need to figure out a game plan well in advance...

attacking the weed provision of the 68 GCA on a 2A basis is a loosing fight...

attacking the weed issue on interstate commerce clause not covering it grounds is likely a loosing fight as well..

Where did you plan on opening? Might have to stop by some time. Weed shop, gun shop, strip club and a car modification shop, and last of all a machine shop to make all the custom gun parts.

Try an stripping school or a stripper pole work out gym. I've seem one in my town and it's right above condom rev and all the windows face the steet, but it's upstairs. Super cool to watch I bet. I haven't seen them in action, but I drove by the whole floor of stripper poles

Ok, I have this great idea, I am thinking about opening a fully licensed medical marijuana club and a fully licensed gunstore in the same building that I own (different suites,next door to each other). I think that I will for sure get millions of dollars worth of free publicity and when the State and Feds arrest me, I can take this straight to SCOTUS. what do you guys think?? Will the CALGUNS lawyers defend me??

See your problem is no one would support you. Gun owners know mixing marijuana and firearms is a bad call and most medical marijuana patients would boycott your obvious money making scheme off other peoples illnesses.

Its not medical weed. Its medical marijuana, calling it anything but that shows your true intentions. Your just trying to be a gun running drug dealer legally.

Medical marijuana is about the patients, they are co-ops not "clubs." Everyone helps each other.

Take your greed elsewhere.
