The meeting was about 2 hours. Very pleasant and non-confrontational plus she had a good sense of humor. She wanted to see my zoning approval, corporate records book, resale permit and COE. She had a 2 page checklist of regulatory items to discuss to see if I had any questions. She left me a stack of stuff for reference/study.

One issue that had me a bit nervous was whether ATF would need approval from my development's HOA. This never came up.

She said I could expect to see my license in the mail in a few weeks. Then the process begins with Cali DOJ......

            Affirmative to that.

On another note, she made it clear that the entire premises was subject to inspection should the need ever arise, not just the area where you transact business in the home.

which is why I've heard of some FFLs setting up the garage with a separate address, such as 123-A Main st, with the main house as 123 Main St. List the 123-A Main st addresss on the FFL and all they have "legal" access to is the garage.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Seems like a viable idea, but it's not something I can do at my current residence. It really does not concern me since I have nothing to hide.
