That is their problem. I heard that they now can see the comments. But again, what do you do with serial numbers which has a "-" in it?

I just successfully delivered a firearm to a non-immigrant alien that had an "alpha" I94 number. He was able to come up with a previous I94 number from an earlier entry that was entirely numerical and we submitted that instead. The DROS was approved!
