    Read what I wrote.

But the transferee is not limited by any number by either means.
If you are on the buyer's [transferee] end. You can buy or be gifted as many gifts or PPTs as you can afford.

PPT Seller or a Gifter is limited to 5 [transactions] a calender year.

Only the 1 in 30 limit for handguns applies to buyers. And PPTs and Familial transfers are exempt from it.

        Read what I wrote.
        Asked and answered twice already.

If you want the actual code and don't already have it handy as a FFL. I'll let RickD or Librarian dig it up for you.

Their likely reply, is that there is no code because it isn't illegal unless it says it is. And it doesn't.

There is a law regarding the number of transactions per year. If a specific transaction is exempt, it has to be mentioned.

Only for the seller. No mention of the buyer having a limit on transactions.

Since buyers are not mentioned in the original code, or the codes listing exemptions to the original code. That is not correct.
Your answer lies in post #4 from RickD427. Google the codes. GIYF

Something is illegal because a law says it is illegal.

Something is not illegal because there is no law saying it is illegal.

I don't think that you understand at all, since you have not answered. But you will just keep spewing the same thing and never understand, so it is ok.

I fully understand your lack of understanding.
