PPT Seller or a Gifter is limited to 5 [transactions] a calender year.

Only the 1 in 30 limit for handguns applies to buyers. And PPTs and Familial transfers are exempt from it.

Their likely reply, is that there is no code because it isn't illegal unless it says it is. And it doesn't.

Since buyers are not mentioned in the original code, or the codes listing exemptions to the original code. That is not correct.

I suspect just selling would not be an issue. Buying and then selling could be an issue.

Particularly an exempt person buying and selling off-roster handguns.
