How about looking at and referencing the Holy bible to see what actually "love" means when it comes to God (blue writing is quoted scripture):

    1 John 4:9-12 (NIV)
This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. 10-This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. 11-Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12-No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.

    Jesus said He is God:

"I and the Father are one" -John 10:30.(NIV)

    John 10:36 (NIV)
what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’?

"Then Jesus cried out, "Whoever believes in me does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me. 45-The one who looks at me is seeing the one who sent me." John 12:44-45 .(NIV)

"If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him." -John 14:7 (NIV)

"Jesus answered: "Don't you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. "How can you say, 'Show us the Father'?" -John 14:9 (NIV)

    1) "Who is Jesus" you ask? More importantly, Jesus asks YOU:
"But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?"-Matthew 16:15 (NIV)
That is the quintessential question you must answer for yourself. Who do YOU (teg33) say that Jesus is?

I can say that Jesus is God, our Lord and savior. God also tells us that Jesus is God:

But about the Son he says, "Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom. -Hebrews 1:8 (NIV)

    2) What would you think if your body wasnt healed? Are you saying you only believe in Jesus because you were "healed?" what if you weren't healed after your prayer? What about the millions of other believers that died of painful slow deaths? Do you think Jesus doesn't exist for them?

What you're saying is the false "prosperity gospel" of the Joel Osteens, Joyce Myers and Bennie Hinns of this world.

Nowhere in the bible are we promised "healing," prosperity, riches, good fortune, security etc.... On the contrary and here on earth, we are told differently within the bible. Despite the fact that Christians presently suffer, they are assured a future entrance into their inheritance:

Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4-perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5-And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. Romans 5:3-5 (NIV-1984)

Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. -Romans 8:17 (NIV)

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Romans 8:18 (NKJV)

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. 19-The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. Romans 8:18-19 (NIV-1984)

Not exactly teg. On the contrary teg33, the bible IS VERY IMPORTANT! Even as Christians we have to be adept at communicating that the Bible is the infallible repository of redemptive revelation. We have to be able to explain what we believe to someone else. It's important that we can grasp it but then explain it to somebody else.

Paul said, under Devine inspiration that:
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,-2Timothy 3:16 (NIV)
There is NO DOUBT nor any room for debate on the matter about the importance of the Bible. It is purely "God's words."

    and Peter tells us:
"for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit." -2Peter 1:21 (NKJV)

Well, more specifically is to Love and BELIEVE in Jesus Christ as your savior! Read John 3:16.

Why on earth would you suggest that John is lying? His witnessing and testimony is all in the BIBLE. You know, that "GOD BREATHED" book. May I refer you once again to 2 Timothy 3:16 (NIV):

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

Thank you for advise, I agree to most of your points. However some points that I disagree.
Firstly I mentioned Jesus healed my body and my soul, because He did healed my body and soul. What I afraid when I was dying, was not only dead in term body/worldly but also death in soul. After I pray to Him, I went to sleep or I thought so because my wife told me later I went to coma. I went to a large green pasture where it was quiet and peaceful, over there I met a beautiful person, we embrace each other and talk about life, death, God. In short the person explained to me the mistery of God that eluded so many people. He told me to sealed what to have be sealed and spread what need to be spread. After that the person told me to go home. I woke up and found my family and Doctor, nurse gathering around my bed, praying and crying. I knew that I was saved since the person told me "you're saved, welcome to my flock".

I will say the most important laws God give to us are to love your God with all your heart, soul and strength, and to love and respect human beings as you love and respect yours. Bible, Torah, Canon law, Church teaching are based on these two very important God orders. You can search on bible, Old and New Testament about this. These are the essence of Jesus Christ teaching. He came down to earth to teach these to us so we will live within these orders. Bible will explained how to do so, bible is a guidance, a tool to reach God. You do not have to whorshipped bible but you whorshipped God. Use bible as guidance but do not forget the essence of God teaching.

I'm not saying John is a lier, I simply don't know if he is or not.

One can't possibly think John the Apostle was remotely a "liar." John was one of the first disciples chosen within Jesus' own "inner circle." He was an elder in the early church and helped spread the gospel message. He is credited with writing the Gospel of John; 1 John, 2 John, and 3 John; and the book of Revelation. He was also the only surviving apostle that escaped martyrdom and died at an old age, according to historical church manuscripts, found outside of the bible.

Additionally to bring truly loyal to Jesus, Paul was the only one of the 12 apostles present at the cross. After Pentecost, John teamed up with Peter to fearlessly preach the gospel in Jerusalem and suffered beatings and imprisonment for it. Because John experienced the unconditional love of Jesus firsthand, he preached that love in his gospel and letters.

Four times in the bible, it is said "the disciple whom Jesus loved." Bible scholars whole heartedly agree that it is John the Apostle who is this specific reference.

To even hint at a claim that John "might be" a liar, would be heresy. One must be extremely careful at stating false assertions that are not backed even remotely supported by scripture.

May I ask what passage, verse or book in the bible specifically, would lead you to entertain the fact that John might be a liar?? What exactly do you think he might have been lying about? Maybe we can shed some light on the passage for you.

Nothing in bible is remotely saying my brother Yohanes or John as he called in western civilization, a lier. All I said about him that I don't know if he's a lier or not. I emphasize "I", it's me, myself on personal level. Yes I'm talking John the apostle not John Brown. You referred him based on what he wrote in New Testament. I'm referred him in personal level, yes you can say I'm crazy but I do know him in person. How you'll ask, I will give a hint alpha omega. Sorry I can't revealed what have to be sealed.

Ok I'm going to stop before someone called police to report a crazy lunatic guy in calguns. May the Lord forgive me, it's hard to talk about heaven in the world. I apologize to anyone if I hurt their feeling

Well again my friend, you are opening up another can of worms here and we've gone seriously off topic. I apologize to the OP but I feel that the faith must be defended and teg33 might benefit by perhaps being directed to some bible passages for scriptural enlightenment.

teg33, as to this "personal relationship" you're having with from an unrevealed source, what you're presenting here is clearly NOT supported by the bible, regardless of what you may think. Whomever you're having this "personal relationship" with, be it a real person claiming to be John the Apostle or in a vision you're having, is not the real "John the Apostle." Dead people can not come back to earth now, nor can they communicate with the living. They can not hear us speaking to them either.

Again, don't take my word for it, refer to the bible. In Luke chapter 16, we are told by Jesus HIMSELF that the dead can NOT cross over:

          vs 26:

The bible says we only die once, so whomever is claiming to be speaking to you as "John the Apostle," is NOT genuine. Those in the afterlife can NOT return according to the bible (which never deviates), until the second coming of our Lord. See Hebrews 9:27 "And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment

Second, God would never dwell in a secret society of sorts. If you're now claiming to be speaking to God (in "secrecy") about John the apostle, we go full circle again from earlier conversations and ask why would John be used by God as a liar? God would never convey nor even hint in the slightest to you or anyone else that John was a liar! That is not supported in the bible and God doesn't change His mind from what's already written in the bible.

Speaking of John the Apostle, if you think you have somebody talking to you either in spirit or in a dream, you can test them. John tells us to "test the spirits." May I suggest you consider doing that with whomever it is you're secretly communicating with? Read 1 John 4:1 for instructions.

Finally, Paul commands us specifically in 1 Thessalonians 5:20-22 to:
"Do not treat prophecies with contempt. 21-but test them all; hold on to what is good, 22-reject every kind of evil."

So in other words, test everything (in light of SCRIPTURE) and hold fast to that which is good. If a "god" (little g) is conversing with you (in secret) about John the Apostle, you need to give that entity the "test." If it doesn't pass the test, you're not speaking with God.

You have several unnecessary and complicated issues here my friend. Read and "mine" the bible for all it's worth and accept Jesus. Pray ONLY to Jesus directly and Him only for guidance on the matter.

Well I'm not going to argue with you, if you believe what you want to believe, it's fine by me. Who am I to judge, I don't have authority nor duty to do so. The more I talk about Him and heaven, the more I will create controversial or worst I'll be judged as crazy evil person or a minimum a misguided soul. By the way, I absolutely agree, that you have to pray directly to Jesus for His guidance.

I have to admit it's tempting to test God or entity as you said, no way I have the courage nor the need to do so and I never talk to God about John the apostle, I converse to John the apostle himself, and it wasn't about Church or Jesus, it's about something else. Okay I really have to stop myself or you'll call cops to report a crazy person in calguns.

Anyway I thank you for your kindness, which I can feel through these conversations. I'm very much happy that many people here believe on Jesus.

Hahaha, teg33, I'm not saying you're "evil" my brother. I'm just trying to point you in the direction of you reading the bible yourself. It's all good my friend. I'm not trying to insult you.
