Briefcase guns are those that enclose and camouflage the firearm and have an external mechanism that allows operating the weapon while it is still in the container. There's no such mechanism on that guitar case picture that does that.
By absurdity, if you suggest putting a rifle an unusually shaped gun case is illegal because it camouflages, then so does putting a rifle in a backpack or a pistol in a range bag.
