    Name that agency!

Saw an unusual cruiser today by my kids school, tried to google it but came up empty. I drove by it twice, couldn't stop because of the traffic.

    Who are these guys?

Car was an ALL black crown vic, stars on the doors that looked like US Marshall stars but said "Public Safety". Car had reds and blues behind the grill and a light bar inside the back window, rooftops was clean. Also had two A pillar spotlights.

Never seen a cop car like it...

What the hell agency is Public Safety?????

Nah, we're talking a little middle school here. And it was parked a quarter mile away.

      Weird...never seen anything like it.

USC Public Safety department? All the larger private universities (Stanford as another example) call their folks public safety.

        City of Norwalk?

Saw the car in south orange county.

What really got me was how shiny it was....like everything was new.

Arrgh. Now I wish I took a pic.

Most distinctive feature was the star...not a sherrif style star, but a gold marshall star surrounded by a gold ring.
