    True, but it is easy to get around the timers. Finished one in under 30 minutes last year myself, though I can not remember the address for the particular online place I used. As I recall, the one I did, I could open the site and let it sit overnight, come back the next day and you can zip right through the questions. The minimum required time spent on site was achieved, and you could then just click-click-click...

        IANAL, but my understanding is that in CA one party consent can be applied under circumstances in which one party is involved in criminal activity which would include extortion or blackmail.
