LEO's are often chastised for having strong unions and good bennie's(pension's etc)
it's a friggin' dangerous and often thankless job. i appreciate the fine men and women who lay their lives on the line daily to deal with such insanity.
there are jerks and idiots in any profession, most of them dont involve firearms though! thank God for the tougher and more stringent processes now to qualify for such a valuable service to our society :-)

What many people don't know is that many Department's do not pay into social security. So the retirement they receive does not include any Social Security.
