The only one of these i got was in medford(methford) OR.stewart and barnett.was in someone elses vehicle doing a California roll.the $450 ticket got dismissed after i asked how can i make payment arrangements,literally just need more than 10 days.And she goes are you the registered owner of the vehicle?i said no.She goes have the RO send us proof and itll be dismissed
