For what it is worth, DHS issues HK USP 40C LEMs for the FFDO program.

ODP program HK, Glock, & Sig 40 or 45, currently Glocks and the depart issue
are in the lead, with Sig and HK following behind. 40 is the majority.

How does that work, when on duty you can take off your bullet buttons and use hi-cap mags, but when you go home you have to convert it back to CA legal; or do they just stay in the patrol cars at all times?

When I got it last year, DOJ allowed it to be registered as A.W., got a little letter from them and all. All my OLL's have bullet buttons though!

Sac PD carries the Sig P226R in .40 S&W.
