      K here's a cheap easy dog training trick.
      Get an empty dry soda can and fill it with a few pennies....wrap it all up in 1 layer of duct tape. Next time you go out yell can so he can hear you and shake it and throw it at the fence. Do it everytime til he stops for a while and after a bit all you'll have to do is say can and he'll stop barking.
