Some M249 shoot video from today, with and without suppression:

Runs flawlessly. The SLX can reduces gas in the face to almost zero.

Listen for hits on the big steel plate at 150 yards.

Sounds awesome with that can. Looks like it ran flawlessly as well. Huge congrats.

How does that setup sound? That's a really short barrel.

Does the taper on the can match the taper on the SIG?
        Thanks for the suggestions everyone.

I'm still waiting on the stamp so I don't know yet. The taper on the muzzle device is intended for use with the Sig taper. Q also makes direct thread version of their cans with a Sig taper. I've gone the muzzle device route as I intend to also run this on an 18" AR10

They are having a reasonably decent sale overall right now. I snagged one of those bags and some other items I needed as well. With a little luck maybe I'll get to test this bag soon...

I have welding globes, so I think I'm covered for that angle.

I certified on 3/24 - approval came on Friday but the processing FFL couldn't release until today... Hopefully I'll be able to get over there before they close today.

This MPA gun has been in my safe unloved as a pistol for about a decade. Was a CA SSE gun during that golden time. Rummaged through the parts bin and found enough stuff to SBR it. Not a can, just a barrel extension that fits the permanent tri-lug. Fun to shoot now.

A local CalGuns expat taking it for a ride:

I also have a few of these from when we first became a SOT in CA. This one in .22. I have another in 9mm. The oil can adapter is the registered part.

                            Silly!

I just got one out of the three E-Form 4's I submitted approved the other day. It took almost eight months to the day. It is a Warlock II that was free from when SilencerCo had a sale with a buy-one-get-one for free. I can't wait to try it out on my new Taurus pistol in the next week or so.
