USAA

My wife is a child of an Army officer. We've had USAA for our cars, house insurance and savings for years. I am always impressed by their customer service and prices.

I have had USAA since 98 and have been very happy with there pricing between auto and renters insurance. There banking is also a plus you get all those ATM fees returned to your account at the end of the month.

The only drawback to USAA is the fact that it's hard to deposit cash, or money orders without a bunch of headache. I have a couple rentals; one tenant pays me in cash and the other pays me with a money order. Every month, it's PITA to figure out what to do....

get a local acct and deposit the money the money into there, and then write yourself a check and deposit at home.....
