Biden Administration Issues Final Rule to Close "Gun-Show Loophole"

I can hear the maniacal cackle of Kamala Harris, director of the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention, ringing in my head.

We can only hope the SCOTUS releases the decision early that will reverse the Chevron Defense.
ELECTED LEGISLATORS make laws, Appointed Administrators Do NOT.
They MAY make internal policy for employees, but they should have NO AUTHORITY over making or enforcing laws.

The Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo and Relentless, Inc. v. Department of Commerce oral arguments were difficult to read. Five votes may not exist to overrule Chevron entirely, but at least weakening the administrative state would help.
