Called UPS to get an explanation of what is going on with my Arms Unlimited order and I was quite disappointed.

She told me that the only info she has is that a label was printed by Arms Unlimited and nothing else.

UPS has not received the package, yet the email I received from Arms Unlimited clearly states "Your order has shipped"

I've ordered TTI parts from them in the past and they shipped same day. This Sunday I ordered TTI MPX mag extensions. I emailed them on Tuesday checking on the order status. They responded promptly saying they were waiting for legal advice before fulfilling California orders. I emailed them this morning to cancel and they responded promptly that a refund was processed. FWIW, TTI said mag extensions are still not allowed under a different penal code. I decided to order completed mags with the mag extensions already installed directly from TTI and got notification of shipment in less than two hours.

EDIT - Just got confirmation that my order has shipped!!! Ben Stoeger Pro shop is a go.

Arms Unlimited seems to be playing the game for "longest time to ship out", even though an order placed on 3/30 got a tracking number within a few hours, it's still sitting in the system awaiting pick-up by the post office, which indicates to me it hasn't even been packed and mailed out yet.

Same here. Mine has been sitting in "pre-shipment" for just a few hours shy of 4 days now. I ordered just after 12am on 3/31, got a tracking number 16 hours later, and nothing has changed since 3:02pm 3/31. I'm trying to be understanding as I know everybody is super swamped right now, but watching people who ordered after me getting their stuff is a little frustrating.

Update: tombstone cancelled my order after I said if it cant be shipped by tomorrow cancel it. So my best guess is that their stock is way off.

I ordered same day as you. It upsets me that Arms Unlimited seems to be very disingenuous with regards to fulfilling orders. I understand that everyone is swamped with orders, but to put out misleading information is upsetting.

According to the UPS tracking #, I should have received the package yesterday....
