Flat Rate Shipping is usually USPS and fairly quick delivery times in my experience.

I ordered from him as soon as I saw a post that he was selling to us (had already been scoping him out as one of the only sources left with inventory for the mags I wanted). He shipped and the USPS has them and if they deliver on time... I should have them tomorrow... first delivery of my multiple vendor orders!
