Must be nice. I ordered from them early afternoon yesterday and they haven't sent me anything.

I ordered on Saturday and never received an email confirmation either. I just went to the customer service tab on their site and entered my order number and email in and it shows status as shipped.

i wasn't talking about some paranoid backdoor registry of people buying magazines. i'm talking actual sales tax being charged by retailers.

if the retailers don't charge you, the customer, the sales tax, when CA demands their sales tax payment, it will come out of the retailer's own pockets.

this is why calamity sue was complaining that PSA was charging sales tax to their address in NV, as other states have also started doing this. CA gave retailers until April 1st instead of January 1st like other states did.

and with the way CA buyers are buying magazines, the 200 transactions / $100,000 in sales have most likely been easily met

I'm fully aware that they can audit and that they have collection enforcement capabilities for any sales subject to tax. That is not FUD. At the same time I don't trust them. That's FUD.

PSA will not ship high capacity magazines for CA customers to a High Capacity Magazine Dealer. High Capacity Magazine Dealers in CA may place orders with PSA directly.

We cannot ship any high capacity magazines directly to customers at this time.
