In states like CA, NY, NJ, it looks like they are going to pass as many laws as they can to restrict 2nd Amend rights and leave it up the courts to sort out what is constitutional and what is not.

It's clearly a very, very bad law and almost certainly un-Constitutional. While I take some comfort in the notion that someone like Gura will knock it out of the park, I'm a bit down that it will probably take years of litigation to undo this.
