Sounds more like a pi$$ing match between these states to see who can stick it to their citizens the worse either by tax or by gun laws.

this is the strategy to eleminate gun ownership. make it so expensive and cumbersome only the wealthy can afford guns and or ammunition. now they are using sandy hook to move it forward and a president who will back it up since he has no love for firearms ownership.

Thank your neighbor and fellow gun owners for passing Prop 63. For that gun control is a winning legislative agenda.

Yep. It's the thinking of these illiterates as the 2A clearly said:

So how much will we have to donate to gun organizations to bring this mass influx of bills to separate court cases? Because we all know they won't bring these bills to court willingly.
There is no justification for the public servant police to be more heavily armed than the law-abiding public they serve...Unless...the government's intention is to be more powerful than the people.

The democrats have been looking for an issue to distract the American people from the economy. The democrats have over played their hand on gun control and it is going to hurt them in the next election.

The real crisis in the US is the economy. Obama and the democrats do not want to talk about the economy, because they know how bad it really is and they are responsible for it.

The so called "media" is heavily invested in covering for Obama and his party, so they focus on gun control and immigration reform. Most "news" organizations don't want to report on the economy, because it makes Obama and the democrats look bad.

All of this gun control nonsense will soon be a distant memory. The US economy is imploding. The economy is in recession, unemployment is rising and inflation is causing the price of gas and food to skyrocket. The Obama economy is being propped up by the Fed printing trillion of dollars out of thin air and interest rate manipulation. I expect soon there will be a major financial crisis that makes 2008 look like a minor event.

Side note, Lockton risk with the NRA is only 300 a year.

So gun rights are protected by the Constitution while being a gang member is not. The vast majority of gun owners are law abiding citizens whereas the vast majority of gang criminals have committed serious crimes or will commit serious crimes.

NY, Chicago, Detroit...etc... all have high murder rates because gun control and them providing rights and protection for criminals.

So how about make them have liability insurance?
