Hope I don't have to do all that for Kern.
Put in the application they told me a few months and then the class plus the live scan.

Scan one print, match to ATI #'s corresponding one. But there's no infringement and profit in that, is there?

Not everyone can afford $1000 for a CCW. you should only have to pay the absolute minimum required. rights shouldn't be priced out of the reach of a great many people.

ideally you should not even have to pay to exercise your rights, but since we do at this time it should not be a "rich" only club that gets to protect them self legally.

If we have to pay and be licensed, it shouldn't cost much more than DROS to get a CCW.

By the way, a HUGE thanks to you as well! People whose word I trust have repeatedly stated that you do the work of 10 or 12(can't remember the exact number, as if it mattered) men. You too have my admiration and respect.

I paid $70 for my livescan when I got my real estate license. You'd think they could just take a thumb print and match it. I shouldn't hvae to pay another $95 for the same people to take the same scan and put it in some database.

Like the gentleman above said, there's no profit in that. Kalifornia's broke. Don't forget that.

Makes sense right. Then I look into the CCW from LASD and hold the phone I find out Chief Lee Baca is very anti-ccw unless your a celebrity like stalone or you got the extra $$ - WTF, please dont vote for that idiot to be chief - he doesnt even let off duty sherif cary until they also get a CCW

this is a sad situation in our great state, CalGuns to the rescue!!!!

The problem is, nobody runs against Baca. So the whole damn county could not vote for Baca and he'd still win the election simply by voting for himself.

Or hell, I don't know, if you run unopposed, do you even NEED one vote?

And this is who controls my right to carry a concealed weapon for self protection. Seems to me like democracy got butt-stabbed and that one.
