Once they break something it'll become a paperweight though since Barrett will not service or sell parts for one to any CA law enforcement agencies.

That protest by Barrett is only symbolic and not of huge use,

For example, I hear LAPD/LASO Barrett 50s are getting parts from outside-CA agencies, distributors or from individuals.

They're smurfing the parts in in the same way we were bringing in OLLs into CA at end of 2005.

From what I've read about the radio system, they are spending $5,200,000.00 on a system that is already obsolete...
