Is CSPAN/other going to cover Nordyke on Thurs?

Is there going to be an overflow room? If so, do any CGN'ers plan on posting live updates here (assuming the court will allow that from the overflow room)?

Just trying to figure out how quickly I'll know how it went. (In my best impersonation of Bart Simpson: "Do we have incorporation yet? Do we have incorporation yet? Do we . . . ")

At least one television network is covering it but I do not know if it will be live. There is wifi in the cafeteria for free and I expect there will be a live internal feed to there.

I'd be happy with just a super-official thread stickied with all the ways we can get in on the action. Any feeds, any channels airing it, anything like that. But yeah, Twitter could do the same thing.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but tomorrow will only be the oral arguments for the Nordyke en-banc, the decision will come some time later.

I'm expecting tomorrow to be somewhat anti-climactic but I'll still try to show up in my suit.

You are correct, tomorrow is only orals. It is quite possible that the questions asked by the panel, their reactions to the arguments by both sides and their general demeanor will be some indication of the individual judges inclinations on the case at hand. It is quite common for handicapping to begin based on judicial behavior in the oral arguments. I do not know if it will be encouraged here as we have been asked to not do so in the time leading up to the arguments.

I'm VERY curious to see what kinds of questions they will have for this. This case has been heard so many times over a decade or thereabouts. It boggles my mind as to what they could possibly think hasn't been said that could truly influence the conclusion they reach. At very least it baffles me as to what further contorted pseudo logic the other side could try to pull out of whatever crevice in their body--the more they say the stupider they get.
