The AOR plane is not insurance so they can cover most anything because everyone has a right to legal representation no matter what they were accused of.

I see. The coverage definitely looks more robust. Despite not planning to carry illegally, I will consider switching to Attorneys on Retainer from CCW Safe.

My understanding is the case will be heard by the merit panel in April.
We have at least till then to be free.

Then the case will be heard by the merits panel and a ruling will be forthcoming. I'm not too concerned about the merits panel.
I think we will get some kind of compromise/split decision, but the worst will continue to be enjoined.

It's after that I'm worried. The ruling will then be heard by the en-banc panel and that's where things could get bad.

I sincerely hope the 3-judge panel uses the same strategy of deliberate delay as liberals to stretch out the effective coverage period of the district court injunction as long as possible. Take 24 months to issue the ruling, and maintain the status quo the entire time.
