so they wait for a shooting to introduce gun control laws they already have written because a shooting makes it easier to pass said law...and when the shooting involves children that makes the bill more likely to pass...therefore.....they want kids shot to pass more gun control....and they send their kids to schools with armed guards but deny public school kids the same protection to therefore......they want OUR kids shot

When SCOTUS allowed the abortion law in texas to stand it was only logical to expect to see similar laws to crop up. From a common sense point of view any lawsuit that is filled where the plantfit has not been harmed or involved in anyway with the defendant should be deemed frivolous and dismissed.

Every manufacturer needs to pull out of California and refuse to do business with the state.

They must protect themselves by any means necessary.
