Might as well go ahead and amend it to state the manufacturer of any product can be sued for criminal use of the product. That way California can return to the stone age.
Everyone on Calguns keeps talking about TDS. I never knew we had so many fish keepers!

The TDS on my 10gallon tanks 110ppm
The TDS on my 29 gallon tank is 150ppm (due to substrate)

I'm pretty sure that prior to 1968 when serial numbers became a requirement, a few gun were manufactured without a "traceable serial number".

Those of you that have older C&R arms may have a piece or two without a serial number. My Remington Rider Magazine pistol in my avatar is such a piece.

Legislation without thought one again, regardless if it is impulse or pre-written and waiting for an opportunity.

            Respectfully

I don't think they care about older firearms. In many cases the manufacturer no longer exists or it is made by a state enterprise. Imagine California trying to sue Tula!

They'll expand it to be able to sue distributors and local FFLs.

Yeah, this is how I see it. It's political grandstanding, although it likely would have the effect of increasing costs for most industries because morons would potentially go ahead with thinking that they can win and some lawyers are just so bad that they might figure "Hey, I don't have any clients anyway, so why not give this a whirl?"

100% agree. Once they start going after distributors and ffl. That's when firearm industry dies in this state

total non sequitur too. the gun used in the crime was not illegal nor a "ghost gun"

just idiot dems using the most recent tragedy to push their anti gun bills

Who manufactures illegal assault weapons or untraceable ghost guns?

                              These people are amazingly stupid.
