If you bought in CA a long gun after 1/1/2014 or a handgun after 1991, then you registered guns.

Why the (*&#@% would you go to the trouble to manufacture your own personal firearm which is completely legal to do and then go get the government involved & tell them what you own?

Starting 01-01-2019, all unregistered self-made firearms are illegal in CA. [PC 29180(g)]

If you owned a self-made firearm before 2019, then you had to register it with CA DOJ before 07-01-2018, in order to remain CA legal. [PC 29181(c)]

Because he's one of those loser scary cat guys that thinks building home-build 80...have to register or else he's breaking the laws and doesn't want to spend some happy time in a small room. Don't get me wrong hear but a lot of gun owners did the same... These people don't understand that their a CATCH to this registration! Like I always stated... Shut your mouth and don't say or show anything to guys that loves taking things away from you. Period!!! If you or him are those kind of guy's that are afraid of breaking or validating the law than I suggested you and those groups should move to a very small island where theirs always heavy storm and high tsunami.
